We&#8217;ve broken them down so you can see how much each one accounts for, especially fuel. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Administrative staff:<\/strong> How many people do you have working on entering orders, reconciling the delivery drivers\u2019 cash registers, keeping track of containers, and planning delivery routes, and how much does each person earn per month? The salaries of the rest of the staff\u2014such as delivery drivers or full-time employees\u2014go in their own field. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Containers that don&#8217;t come back:<\/strong> the borrowed water jugs, jugs, or siphon bottles that go missing every month\u2014and how much it costs you to replace each one.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to Interpret the Results<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Estimated monthly profit<\/strong> is what remains after paying for the cost of each container, your fixed expenses, and lost containers. If the result is negative, the business is losing money based on those figures. <\/p>\n<p><strong>The break-even point<\/strong> is the minimum number of packages you need to sell each day to avoid losing money.
