Notify the delivery person of the order via WhatsApp

In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to send messages and order notifications to your delivery drivers via WhatsApp using the water delivery app.

This is a very intuitive process: as long as you have your delivery drivers’ phone numbers in the water delivery app, you can send them notifications via phone.

In the staff list, you’ll be able to enter your delivery drivers’ information. Once you’ve saved the information, we’ll go back to the order list module, where you’ll find the “Notify the Delivery Driver” option. With this option, you can easily notify your delivery person of specific customer details in real time—that is, while the delivery person is on the delivery route, they’ll be able to receive the updated information you send them.

When we agree to notify the delivery person through the water delivery app, we’ll be redirected to a WhatsApp chat screen with a summary of all the customer’s information. From there, we can simply click “Continue to Chat,” and the message will be sent to WhatsApp, whether we’re on a computer or a cell phone.
