Create customer lists in your water delivery app
One of the most important factors when working with returnable products is keeping proper track of customers. To do this, you must have an organized list of all customers with their respective information; furthermore, you must be able to access this information quickly and promptly.
It is also essential to know a customer's current status—whether they are active or have stopped using our company's services.
In turn, having a list of customers uploaded to a delivery app will allow us to create delivery routes and assign delivery drivers to each delivery much more efficiently and quickly. This helps us avoid human error and maximize our workers’ productive time.
Greater organization, better customer management
The customers module, like all modules in Yaku.app, features submenus and options. In the main section, you’ll find a list of the customers you’ve registered in the system, along with relevant information about them. Users have access to a summary of active customers, customers with outstanding balances, and those who have containers to return. These types of metrics are essential for gaining a broader perspective on business management and other aspects.
The following section lists user actions such as: adding, exporting, displaying inactive users, and displaying users with outstanding balances; this allows you to filter this information.
To add a customer, first select the type of customer—either an individual or a business. Then enter all the relevant information about the customer.
