Electronic
invoicing
software for distributors

Electronic invoicing integrated into your delivery process

Yaku integrates electronic invoicing with your delivery management: the receipt is generated directly from the sale your team recorded, without having to copy data to another program.

Available to companies in Peru (SUNAT), Mexico (SAT, CFDI 4.0), and Argentina (ARCA, formerly AFIP) on the Basic, Standard, and Premium plans. Designed for water, soda, and gas distributors, as well as any business that sells and delivers products on the road.

Invoice every sale without leaving Yaku

Ordering, delivery, billing, and electronic receipts—all in one system.

When invoicing is handled by a separate program, someone has to re-enter each sale, and that’s when errors, forgotten receipts, and double-invoiced sales start to happen. With Yaku, the receipt is generated automatically from the sale you’ve already recorded. Here’s how it works in each country:

Peru: SUNAT

Electronic invoices and receipts are sent directly to SUNAT, with no intermediaries. Yaku selects either an invoice or a receipt depending on whether the customer has a RUC, and issues credit memos.

Mexico: CFDI 4.0

CFDI 4.0 invoices stamped with your own PAC (Sapien SW or Factura Digital), general invoices for the general public, PDFs, and cancellation with the SAT.

Argentina: ARCA

Invoices A, B, and C and credit memos authorized by ARCA (formerly AFIP), with the QR code required by regulation on each document.

How does it work?

You set up your company’s tax information once, and from there, you can issue receipts based on the sales you’ve already recorded in Yaku.

With Yaku’s electronic invoicing, you can:

  • Save each customer’s tax information (RUC, RFC, or CUIT) in their profile
  • Generate the receipt directly from the sale, including the amount and the items
  • Download the receipt as a PDF to give to your customer
  • Issue credit memos in Peru and Argentina, or cancel CFDIs in Mexico
  • View pending receipts: In Peru and Argentina, Yaku only retries them if SUNAT or ARCA do not respond

Everything is in the cloud—no need to install invoicing software.

    No double-entry

The sale, the customer, and the products are already in Yaku. You don’t have to re-enter them into another system to generate an invoice.

    Online store orders

    Fewer tax errors

Yaku verifies the customer’s RUC, RFC, or CUIT and notifies you if any of your company’s information is missing before issuing the receipt.

    Home delivery

Every sale comes with a receipt

The receipt is linked to the sale, so you know which sales have already been invoiced and can avoid double-billing.

    Customer service

    Secure Data

Your digital certificates and tax passwords are stored in encrypted form and are used only to issue your receipts.

    Hassle-Free Billing

Does this happen to you when invoicing?

Sales recorded in a notebook that are invoiced days later, tax data copied by hand into another program, customers asking for their invoices, and no one knowing which sales already have receipts.

    The Solution: Yaku

Yaku combines order fulfillment and billing: the electronic receipt is generated from the sale recorded by your team, with the customer’s tax information already saved.

    Everything from the cloud—no hassle.

    Frequently Asked Questions

The most common questions from our users and everything you need to know before taking the first step.

In which countries does Yaku’s electronic invoicing work?

In Peru (SUNAT), Mexico (SAT, CFDI 4.0 stamped with your PAC), and Argentina (ARCA, formerly AFIP). If you’re in another country, email us at [email protected].

    Which plans include electronic billing?

The Basic, Standard, and Premium plans, both monthly and annual. The Lite plan does not include it.

What do I need to start billing?

In Peru, your RUC, your digital certificate, and your SOL username and password. In Mexico, your RFC, tax status, digital seal certificate (CSD), and an account with a PAC (SW Sapien or Factura Digital). In Argentina, your CUIT and an ARCA digital certificate: Yaku generates the certificate request for you. Our team will assist you with the activation process.

How are CFDI stamps paid for in Mexico?

Each CFDI uses one stamp from your PAC. You purchase the stamps directly from SW Sapien or Factura Digital, and Yaku uses them to stamp your invoices.

Can I use Yaku if I’m already using another system for invoicing?

Yes. Electronic invoicing is optional: you can use Yaku just for orders, deliveries, and payments, and activate it whenever you want.
