Cancel and Reactivate Orders

program to manage the distribution of cases of beer—cancel and reactivate orders

In this tutorial, we'll show you how to cancel and reactivate orders in our Yaku.app program for managing bottle delivery:

This is a new feature that’s very helpful when a customer cancels or rejects an order. Let’s go to the order, which is currently in pending status, and select the “Cancel Order” option. The system will ask if we want to cancel the order; to confirm, we select “Yes,” and the order will automatically appear with the status “Canceled.” This means we’ve removed this order from our list; it’s also useful when we want to close a delivery because we can do so without having to mark it as pending.

If you made a mistake and closed the order by accident, all canceled orders can be reactivated. This does not apply to orders that have been delivered; it only applies to canceled orders, which can be returned to "pending" status.

This way, they'll be able to quickly access up-to-date order information within the Yaku.app system.
